摘要

失語症是一種由中風或腦外傷引起的語言障礙,大約有200萬名美國人受到失語症的影響。語言功能受損阻礙了一個人與他人溝通和互動的能力,導致心理狀態產生變化,如中風後的憂鬱症。音樂治療已成為中風後不可或缺的復健。以音樂為基礎的介入不僅能夠改善動作與認知功能,還被證實可以改善心理狀態。本系統文獻回顧的目的是描述目前對失語症患者以音樂為基礎介入之心理狀態研究,總結治療結果,並評估研究的品質。本回顧中包涵了8項符合標準的研究,每項研究都描述了受試者的特徵、介入措施以及正式和非正式評估。各項研究方法的品質差異很大。整體而言,在心理狀態方面的收穫是有目共睹的─然而,在不同的治療方法中,結果各有不同。我們建議,未來的研究重點是繼續聚焦於調查以音樂為基礎的介入對心理狀態的影響,透過標準化的程序和評估,提高整體的方法學嚴謹性。
