Uyku, insanın hayatta kalması için gereklidir, ancak dinlendirici ve istikrarlı uyku ile ilgili sorunlar yaygındır. Bu durum, önerilen uyku miktarına ulaşamayan üç yetişkinden birinde fiziksel hastalıklardan zihinsel ve bilişsel bozukluklara, işe devamsızlık ve günlük yaşamda sık sık kesintilere kadar sayısız soruna yol açıyor. uyku bozuklukları ve yetersiz uyku dahil.
