초록

Covid-19 팬데믹은 바이러스 자체에 대한 이해부터 백신 및 치료법 개발까지 끊이지 않는 논란을 유발했다. Covid-19기간동안 백신접종을 한 아이들 대상의 소그룹 지원을 위해서는 팬데믹 상황에 놓여 있는 아이들과 가족들의 심리 사회적 현실내에서 절차적 지원의 필요성이 논의되어야 했다. Covid-19 백신을 맞은 아이들은 음악 치료와 놀이치료 서비스를 학제간 및 학제간 돌봄서비스를 통합하는 통합 접근법의 혜택을 받았다. 이는 아동 뿐 만 아니라 개인간병인 및 자주 백신을 관리하는 간호사에게도 필수적이라는 것이 입증되었다. 본 연구는 Covid-19 백신을 맞은 아이들을 지원하는 전후 절차 중재를 포함한 절차적 지지, 심리교육 중재, 심리치료 지원 등의 실행에 대해 제시한다.

John Mondanaro PhD, MT-BC, LCAT, CCLS is the Clinical Director of the Louis Armstrong Department of Music Therapy, where he oversees inpatient services and all clinical training programs. He earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Music Therapy from New York University, where he serves as an adjunct professor in the Steinhardt Departments of Music Therapy and Applied Psychology. John is licensed as a creative arts therapist in New York, and maintains dual certification in music therapy and Child Life practice. He has written and presented extensively on the arts in healthcare, and is a co-editor of the book, Music and Medicine: Integrative Models in the Treatment of Pain.  As a music psychotherapist specializing in palliative care through the lifespan, John’s training and experience across the expressive arts has culminated in a unique clinical approach that is humanistic to the core, in its valuing of body, mind, and spirit integration.
