摘要

本文介紹並討論了運用自由即興方法的音樂治療小團體的三個主要治療效果,並詳細描述了自由即興法的結構與運用。文中解釋了三個自由即興的主要好處:表達感受、身心整合和社會技能的發展。本文之主要論點為,建議能夠集合這些益處,幫助改善病人的心理健康和行為。

Laura Foxx is a board-certified music therapist and musician in New York City (traditional Lenape and Canarsie territories). She currently works at NYU Langone Health, facilitates creative arts therapy sessions in private practice, and contracts with community organizations to provide a wide-range of accessible music therapy groups. Foxx’s experiences in medical, forensic, and community health settings have shaped her therapeutic approach to uphold healing justice principles.
