부모와 영아, 중기 조산아 및 스페인 신생아 중간 관리 의료 환경에서의 음악치료 효과 María Jáñez Álvarez

본 연구의 목적은 부모가 아이를 안고 있는 동안 실행된 라이브 음악 치료 세션이 후기-중기 미숙아의 생리학적 변화 및 편안함, 그들의 부모 및 병실 환경에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 생후 2주부터 음악치료 세션에 노출된 44쌍의 조산아/성인으로 구성된 집단을 대상으로 준실험연구를 실행하였다. 3번의 관찰을 실행하였으며(중재전, 중, 후), 관찰하는 동안 심장박동(HR), 산소포화도(O2-sat), 영아의 행동-정서 활성화 수준 및 환경 반응 등을 측정하였다. 중재 후 HR(p<.001)의 감소및 산소 포화도(p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 도출하였고, 개인 및 환경적 스트레스의 감소도 확인하였다(p<.001). 부모와 조산아가 상호작용을 할 때 신생아 병동에서 이루어진 음악치료세션은 스트레스 감소에 도움을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 부모와 영아 사이의 긍정적 상호작용을 촉진함을 확인하였다.
