L'impact de la musicothérapie sur les parents et les nourrissons prématurés tardifs et modérés et son impact sur l'environnement dans une unité de soins intermédiaires néonatals espagnole

Résumé

L'objectif de cette étude est de déterminer si une séance de musicothérapie en direct pendant le maintien des parents a un effet sur les résultats physiologiques et le confort des prématurés tardifs modérés, sur leurs parents et sur l'environnement du service. Il s'agit d'une étude quasi-expérimentale portant sur une cohorte de 44 couples prématurés/adultes exposés à une séance de musicothérapie au cours des deux premières semaines suivant la naissance. Il y a eu trois moments d'observation (avant, pendant et après l'intervention), au cours desquels la

fréquence cardiaque (FC), la saturation en oxygène (O2-sat), le niveau d'activation comportementale et émotionnelle du nourrisson et la réponse environnementale ont été mesurés. Une augmentation statistiquement significative de l'O2-sat (p<.001) a été observée après l'intervention, ainsi qu'une diminution de la FC (p<.001). On a observé une diminution du stress personnel et environnemental (p<.001). Une séance de musicothérapie dans l'unité néonatale au moment de l'interaction entre les parents et les enfants prématurés s'est avérée utile pour réduire le stress et promouvoir une interaction positive entre les parents et les enfants.
