Die Auswirkungen der Musiktherapie auf Eltern und ihren spät- frühgeborenen Kindern und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Umgebung in einer spanischen Neugeborenen-Station

Abstract

Ziel dieser Studie war es, festzustellen, ob eine Musiktherapiesitzung während des Umarmungsprozesses mit den Eltern eine Auswirkung auf die physiologischen Ergebnisse und das Wohlergehen von späten frühgeborenen KIndern, auf ihre Eltern und auf die Umgebung der Station hat. Es handelt sich um eine quasi-experimentelle Studie an einer Kohorte von 44 Frühgeborenen/Erwachsenen-Paaren, die in den ersten zwei Wochen nach der Geburt einer Musiktherapie-Sitzung ausgesetzt waren. Es gab drei Beobachtungszeitpunkte (vor, während und nach der Intervention), an denen die Herzfrequenz (HR), die Sauerstoffsättigung (O2-sat), das verhaltensbezogene und emotionale Aktivierungsniveau des Säuglings sowie die Reaktion der Umgebung gemessen wurden. Nach der Intervention wurde ein statistisch signifikanter Anstieg von O2-sat (p<.001) sowie ein Rückgang der Herzfrequenz (p<.001) beobachtet. Der persönliche Stress und der Stress der Umgebung nahmen ab (p<.001). Eine Musiktherapiesitzung auf der Neugeborenenstation zum Zeitpunkt der Interaktion zwischen Eltern und Frühgeborenen erwies sich als nützlich für den Stressabbau und förderte eine positive Interaktion zwischen Eltern und Säuglingen.
