음악매트운동이 4-6세 핀란드 아동 및 부모의 좌식시간과 신체 활동에 끼치는 영향

음악 매트 운동은 4-6세 핀란드 아동 및 부모들의 신체 활동(PA)을 촉진시키고, 가정내 주로 앉아서 활동하며 움직임이 적은 좌식 행동(SB)를 감소시키기 위해서 개발되었다. 총 15가족이 음악 매트를 이용한 8주간의 운동 중재에 참여하였다. SB와 PA는 운동 일지 및 질문지와 함께 엉덩이에 착용하는 3축 가속도계를 이용하여 평가하였다. 통계 방법은 선형 혼합효과 모형 설계를 사용하였으며, 질문지에 대한 자료는 주제 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 아동(n=14)과 어머니(n=14)의 경우, 시간이 경과되었을 때, 주요 결과에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 아버지들(n=14)의 경우 SB가 통계적으로 유의미한 감소를 나타냈다. 아동들 대부분과 모든 부모들은 안내를 받은 것보다 음악 매트를 덜 사용하였다. 안내받은 것과 같이 음악 매트를 규칙적으로 사용한 아동 중 1/3은 그들의 PA 및 총PA를 보통수준부터 높은 수준까지 증가시켰으며, SB는 감소했다. E한 아동과 부모가 함께 하는 활동은 가족에게 특히 중요한 경험을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과, 가정에서의 음악 매트 활동은 자녀와 함께 하는 규칙적 운동의 동기부여가 된 부모를 둔 아동의 PA 향상 및 SB 감소에 영 도움을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 매트 운동은 아동의 신체활동을 촉진 및 좌식 행동 감소에 유용하게 적용될 것이다.
