기능성 신경 질환을 위한 심리치료 중심 음향 진동 요법: 예비 연구

초록 

기능성 신경질환(FND)은 전 세계 수많은 사람들에게 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이전에는 전환장애라고 불렸던, FND는 신경학적 또는 의학적 진단과 양립할 수 없는 신경학적 증상을 경험하게 만드는 몸과 마음 사이에 소통 장애이다. FND 환자들은 신경학과 환자들 중 상당 부분을 차지한다. 하지만 이런 환자들은 여전히 진단하고 치료하기 가장 어려운 환자로 간주되고 있다. 이 예비 연구는 FND를 진단받은 환자들의 치료 과정에 심리치료 중심 음향 진동 요법과 적극적 음악 치료 방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 치료 프로토콜은 FND 환자들의 진료 필요(referral)와 치료에 대해 학제적이고(interdisciplinary) 다양한 접근법을 강조하고 있다. 연구의 양적 결과와 함께 질적 데이터를 검토했을 때, 이 사례에 대한 포괄적 개념 해석을 할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 결과 지표들이 임상적 근거를 제시할 뿐만 아니라 새로운 관점을 제안할 것이다.
