全靜脈麻醉下腹腔鏡膽囊切除術中音樂治療對普羅福使用量之影響：隨機對照試驗

摘要

傳統提供平衡麻醉是透過多種藥物與區域阻斷技術，但不同的麻醉藥物皆有其侷限。音樂治療已被證實能降低術前壓力，進而減少麻醉藥物需求。本研究旨在探討手術中進行音樂治療對普羅福使用量之影響。受試者為接受腹腔鏡膽囊切除術且採全靜脈麻醉（TIVA）的病人，並隨機分派至音樂組（M）與對照組（C）。音樂組於手術過程中透過降噪耳機聆聽特別選定的音樂。主要結果為普羅福的使用量（mg/kg/hr）；次要結果包含術中血流動力學參數、追加芬太尼需求、甦醒品質、病人滿意度及血清皮質醇變化。結果顯示音樂組的普羅福使用量顯著較少，且芬太尼需求較低、血流動力學更穩定、術後血清皮質醇較低，且甦醒品質更佳。手術中音樂治療可作為簡單、非藥物的輔助方式以降低麻醉需求並減少術前壓力。
