催產素促進音樂中的生理同步性之初探研究

摘要

在本初探研究中,我們測試了基線催產素濃度提升是否能增強與音樂中的神經生理同步性。20 位受試者分別聆聽兩種不同音樂模式——「激發型」(包含憂鬱與熱情的對比)與「舒緩型」(包含壓力與放鬆的對比)。每位受試者分別透過耳機聆聽音樂,並隨機分配至 A 與 B 組。聆聽兩段音樂前後皆以各 10 分鐘的安靜休息。心理自陳採用 Russell 的雙構面情緒模型。16 份以固定間距抽樣的血漿樣本用以計算每位受試者的平均催產素濃度,再依高低分成兩組。受試者之生理狀態在聆聽過程中亦持續記錄。結果顯示,高催產素組在聆聽「激發型」音樂時,心率、皮膚電反應、呼吸速率與心率變異皆出現顯著的大幅波動,且與其自陳評分一致;低催產素組則無顯著生理或主觀變化。聆聽「舒緩型」音樂時,兩組間則無顯著差異。
