音樂治療與按摩療法在居家小兒安寧療護中的共同治療：一名青少年病例研究

摘要

越來越多的人認識到輔助替代療法的好處，這些療法在健康照護機構中獲得越來越廣泛的應用。其中包括患者有獨特需求的小兒安寧療護，最適合透過以家庭為中心的跨專業模式來處理。按摩療法和音樂治療與這個模式相當適配。我們認為，當這些治療方法在共同治療中結合時，其效益通常會得到增強，而這一點在本青少年參與小兒安寧療護的案例報告中將會說明，起初這兩種治療方法是分開進行的，接著在按摩療法和音樂治療的共同治療情況下進行。從共同治療中得到的效益包括，透過症狀管理而改善了生活品質、參與有意義的活動以及家庭支持。明確的治療空間的推廣提供了增加社交互動的機會。未來需要進一步的研究來建立可普遍概括、以實證為基礎的知識架構，以支持這種類型的共同治療。
