초록

노인대상 및 치매 환자(PWD)대상 개입에서 음악의 치료적 효과는 인정받고 있다. 현재 음악 기반 프로그램들은 다양한 대상군에게 시행되고 있으며 다양한 전문가들에 의해 제공된다. 중요한 것은 음악을 이로운 방식으로 제공해야 하는 한다는 것이다. 치매 환자(PWD)대상으로 신뢰할 수 있는 음악 치료와 음악기반중재방법을 확보하기 위해 연구 결과를 토대로 한 임상 지침서에 대한 필요가 증가하고 있다. 이는 돌봄제공자 뿐 아니라 기타 의료 협력 전문가들이나 전문 음악 치료사들이 적절한 중재방법을 통해 임상을 실행할 수 있도록 도울 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 필요에 대해 살펴보고 치매환자(PWD)에게 음악을 사용할 때에 가장 적절한 방안이 무엇인지 정의하는 데 도움이 될 권고 사항들을 제시한다.
